Fabrico's Task Management & Work Cards feature allows you to effortlessly assign tasks with varying priorities to the right role or employee, ensuring clear accountability and streamlined task distribution for optimized efficiency and productivity.

Fabrico provides convenient visualizations that offer insights into workload dynamics across daily, weekly, and monthly timelines. This facilitates informed decision-making and efficient resource allocation, helping you manage your team's tasks effectively.

Tasks can be assigned efficiently using the Drag & Drop functionality on the Work Cards page. This feature allows you to distribute work among team members and assign uncompleted tasks based on availability, ensuring clear expectations and timely completion.

When a new task is assigned, the technician promptly receives a notification. The task can also be enriched with a photo, description, and files to expedite and facilitate completion, ensuring optimal efficiency and quick response.

Each team member can easily access and track their day-to-day tasks through their dashboard, promoting a culture of accountability and autonomy. This visibility allows them to work independently without constant managerial oversight, enhancing collaboration and operational smoothness.

Fabrico allows you to see all your tasks organized by week or month, enabling you to plan accordingly. This feature makes it easy to view upcoming tasks and deadlines, as well as identify tasks that are missed or not yet planned for a given period.
